In this casual position, you will be pivotal in assessing, planning, and managing client care needs in the Withdrawal Management Support Services team. With your expertise, you will implement individualized care plans, address educational needs, and conduct mental health assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate clients' bio-psycho-social care needs
• Develop and implement individualized client care plans
• Conduct substance use and mental health assessments




• Manage medications and ensure safety in the process
• Facilitate individual and group interventions with clients

Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario
• 2-3 years of experience in mental health or substance use
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
