This full time role serves as the main customer contact, ensuring their needs are understood and met. You will document vehicle issues, prepare service quotes, and maintain communication between customers and the service team. A focus on professionalism and organization is key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Service customers and understand their needs
• Answer incoming calls to the Service department promptly
• Document vehicle concerns onto Repair Orders accurately
• Prepare quotes for recommended repairs and services
• Act as the liaison between customers and automotive technicians

Requirements:
• Valid MB Driver’s license and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Experience as a Service Advisor preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
