Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe nursing practices through assessment and care planning

• Provide health education for patients and families

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent experience with rehabilitation and geriatric patients
• Certification in Functional Independence Measure within six months
• Proven skills in wound care and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
