Job location: Fort McMurray – Albian Oil Sands
Shift schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours/day (Monday – Thursday)
Term length: 12 months

Key Accountabilities: Provide administrative support to the Oil Sands Campus Advisors




Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with Campus Advisors, and other HR professionals
Learn full cycle recruitment processes (pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extend offer letters, documentation etc.)
Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork
What You Bring to The Role: Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or Business Administration

Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook
Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and proficient proof-reading skills
