Logistics Coordinator We are looking for an organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, scheduling, shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with customers and suppliers, and keeping operations on schedule.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules
Plan and update delivery routes and schedules
Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Track shipments and monitor delivery status
Coordinate changes, delays, and scheduling issues
Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation
Enter and update shipment information in company systems
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate transportation requirements
Respond to logistics inquiries by phone and email
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational logs
Support daily administrative and logistics activities
Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills




Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and logistics software
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Compensation Full-time position
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
