$41,600 - $68,120
-Eligible for Annual Bonus

[Company Overview]
T1 SPORTS is a local sporting goods store located in Richmond, BC, specializing in racket sports related products and services for Badminton, Tennis, and Pickleball. T1 SPORTS has operated for over 15 years and is currently looking for a Permanent Full Time Retail Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team to help coordinate and manage the daily Store Operations.

[Position Summary]
As the Retail Sales and Operations Coordinator, you are a capable and dedicated team member who uses your experience and knowledge to support the store’s day‑to‑day operations by assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, coordinating with racket technicians & vendors, and managing online orders. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in joining a small business and take on the responsibility of managing the store operations. This role has a career development opportunity to become the Store Manager or take part of other management roles within the company in the long term.

[Responsibilities]

(a) Customer Service – provide advice and assistance to customers in person, on phone, and online to complete sales transactions

(b) Sales Floor – organize sales floor, unpack and check deliveries, maintain product inventories, update price tags

(c) Operations Support – coordinate racket stringing jobs with technicians, manage orders and payments with vendors,



maintain sales and inventory records

(d) E-Commerce – pick, pack, ship, update, and follow up with online orders

(e) Others – support upcoming store renovations, future system upgrades, and other tasks as assigned

[Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required]

Comfortable working in a small business setting

Able to communicate, provide recommendations, and explain concepts in an effective and professional manner in person, on phone, and by e‑mail

Able to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced and busy retail environment

Pay high attention to details, motivated, and with a high willingness to learn

Seft initiated, able to work independently at the store, as well as in a team setting

Robust ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks on time

Sound computer and math skills (e.g. Excel, E‑mail)

Familiar with Badminton & Tennis product knowledge OR proven ability to quickly learn, understand, analysis, and adopt to new product knowledge

Able to handle payment accurately

Able to lift up to 30lb

[Qualifications & Experience]

Able to work weekend shifts as needed

Minimum 3-5 years of full time working experience or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills

Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is an asset

Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese Language (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an important asset
