Jeffery’s Greenhouses is seeking an experienced Grower Supervisor to coordinate daily growing activities and team priorities. Your expertise in crop management and leadership will support enhanced productivity and crop quality. Working under the Head Grower, you will ensure the efficient operation of greenhouse activities while maintaining high standards of safety and product care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor overall crop health and nutrient management
• Implement crop-management programs with the Head Grower
• Coordinate transplanting, cleaning, and crop movement activities




• Schedule crop rotation and maintain accurate records
• Provide training and guidance to the growing team

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of commercial greenhouse experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory role in horticulture
• Strong knowledge of crop production and pest control
• Pesticide Safety Certificate or ability to obtain
• Full availability and reliable transportation required
