What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

Helping customers by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person

Answering questions and finding solutions to customer concerns

Assisting with billing, payments, and policy changes

Reviewing customer needs and educating them about insurance options

Building strong relationships through exceptional service

Identifying opportunities to improve customer protection and overall satisfaction

Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment





Working closely with a team that supports each other's success

What Will Help You Succeed
You might be a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or administration

Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences

Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly

Stay organized and productive when managing multiple tasks

Are comfortable learning new technology and systems

Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Enjoy working as part of a team

Are willing to obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License (we'll help you every step of the way)

No insurance experience? No problem.
