In this senior role, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and Clinical Research Associates. Your experience in site start-up and project coordination will be critical in ensuring project timelines are met and site quality is maintained. You will lead efforts to mentor junior coordinators and contribute to optimal site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Investigator Sites for clinical trial activities
• Establish site activation timelines and coordinate actions




• Communicate effectively with clinical sites during activation
• Escalate activation schedule risks to Project Managers
• Maintain electronic regulatory documents in eTMF

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Coordinator in clinical research
• Proven site start-up experience in a global environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus
