WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Design Consultant , you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:

Welcome customers and understand their needs

Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style

Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections

Turn customer conversations and opportunities into salesFollow up with customers and build long-term relationships

Develop your client base and generate new sales opportunities

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Build robust knowledge of EQ3 products, materials, and options

Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
