Job Summary

Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing facility, is seeking a high-energy Raymond Reach Operator to serve as a vital link in their production process. In this rapid-paced role, you will act as the operational backbone of the assembly line—ensuring workstations remain fully stocked, workflows remain uninterrupted, and efficiency targets are consistently met.

Duties
Efficiently retrieve, transport, and deliver raw materials, parts, tools, and equipment directly to active production lines.
Track floor inventory to proactively prevent shortages, assist supply chain teams with reorders, and conduct routine inventory audits.
Stage work areas with required supplies before shift starts; promptly explicit finished goods, scrap, and staging areas to maintain a 5S-compliant workplace.




Partner directly with line operators and production supervisors to anticipate material needs and report supply chain delays or quality concerns immediately.
Execute all material handling tasks in strict alignment with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

Qualifications
Ability to comfortably lift, push, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
Forklift License.
Prior material handling or warehouse experience preferred; exposure to Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles is a solid asset.
Excellent time management, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first, communicative mindset.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
