Duties
Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with explicit communication and enthusiasm
Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes are served promptly and meet quality standards
Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing with accuracy
Assist in food handling, preparation, and plating when needed to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing dining areas, utensils, and service stations
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; experience in serving or expo roles is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cashiering
Kitchen or culinary experience including meal preparation or cooking skills is advantageous
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
