Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
Provide detailed product information on cannabis, accessories, and related items
Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling and transactions
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
Upsell products by identifying customer preferences and suggesting complementary items
Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and record keeping
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate customers about product features and usage
Experience
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer service setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for record keeping and reporting
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling stock or merchandise
Knowledge of POS systems, computer operation, and basic math skills for cash handling
