Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles. If you have a passion for automotive technology and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
Perform routine maintenance on Heavy duty truck such as, brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and brakes
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role (Experience on Mack Trucks an asset)
Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred




Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
