Come and work with us. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist. Primary roles include duties such as:
Answering phone
Booking appointments
Replying to emails for appointments
Multi-tasking between answering the phones, and assisting doctors and clients.
Interpreting medical concerns from clients and managing the appointments’ booking accordingly.
Intaking and discharging wellness and sick patients
Handling payment
Handling OTC and food sales
Valuable computer skills (mainly typing) and telephone skills
Secondary roles include:
Hospital cleaning
Assisting doctor when needed
Intaking and discharging surgical patients
Priority will be given to those who have experience with Idexx Neo. We are more than willing to train the right candidate. We require a dependable, compassionate, and hard working individual who is committed to learning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week
