About the Role
Budville Cannabis is looking for a energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate (Budtender) to join our team. You’ll help customers find the right products, provide excellent service, and support daily store operations.

Core Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
Educate customers on cannabis products, accessories, and responsible use.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product displays, receive inventory, and store cleanliness.
Support promotions, merchandising, and daily store operations.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Follow all company policies and applicable cannabis regulations.

Requirements:




Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctuality, and team-oriented.
Robust interest in cannabis and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Valid provincial cannabis certification, where required. Must meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
