Job Description

Candidate Skills
- Review and analyze CNESST or SAAQ files to identify avenues for resolution and settlement, in compliance with the applicable legislation (Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases - AIAOD, or the Automobile Insurance Act - AIA).
- Represent clients before CNESST and/or SAAQ administrative review.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team (case management advisors, managers, physicians, lawyers, etc.) to develop cost-effective solutions to clients’ problems.
- Deliver outstanding client service marked by rigor, professionalism, tact, respect, compassion, and dignity.
