Experienced Cook, Full-Time

Spearhead Brewing Company is hiring an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team!

If you’re passionate about great food, enjoy working in a rapid-paced brewery environment, and take pride in what comes out of your kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to Spearhead’s quality standards
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Assist with prep, cleaning, stocking, and general kitchen duties
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house teams
Help create a positive, professional, and fun work environment

What We’re Looking For
Previous professional cooking experience required
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized,



and team-oriented
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Food Handler Certification is an asset
