We are looking for a Client Care Representative (Receptionist) to join our team. It will be a Permanent Full time role. This role is a vital one as you are the first and last contact the client has with us, whether it is in person or on the phone.
Prior experience in a animal health setting and with veterinary software programs (Avimark, VetUp) would be an asset, as well as the ability to work with a variety of typical office equipment, including POS machines, computers and printers. Some social media tool skills would be outstanding. We are looking for someone who can connect with people in a friendly, welcoming and compassionate manner. An ideal candidate would get along with both the clients and staff that they will be spending time with, as we always try to work at as a group.



Attendance is also a key part of this position.
We deal with dogs and cats and all the things that come with them, including sounds, smells and sometimes "messes". Thus there with be some light housekeeping involved and also the ability to help carry out some bags of food.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
