Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
Test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly and safely
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure effective completion of projects
Provide guidance and support to apprentices and other team members
Requirements:
Valid Red Seal (or apprenticeship)
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Proven experience as a journeyperson or apprentice electrician
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes,
and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
