Matrix HR is seeking Sheet Metal Workers, including Journeypersons and 3rd & 4th year Apprentices, for a major commercial construction project in Calgary, Alberta. Apprentice wages based on experience and apprenticeship level
Approximately 40 hours per week with potential overtime

What You’ll Need
Valid Sheet Metal Journeyperson Certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal (for Journeypersons)
Active Sheet Metal apprenticeship (for Apprentices)
Third- or fourth-year apprentice status preferred
Applicable trade or apprenticeship hours and technical training
Previous commercial construction experience (asset)li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Experience with fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products
Strong leadership and apprentice-training skills (for Journeypersons)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift more than 25 kilograms
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work at heights and in awkward, elevated, or noisy environments
Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and spatial awareness
Required safety certifications: CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Lift Training
