Wendox Marketing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for customers.

You’ll work in a face-to-face environment at scheduled events and customer-facing locations, representing established brands and helping customers get the information they need about available products and services.

Your Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
Listen to customer questions and understand their needs
Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions
Answer questions and address customer concerns
Help customers understand available options
Provide accurate product and service information
Assist customers with the next steps when needed
Maintain a skilled and welcoming customer environment
Keep customer interactions and required information organized
Stay informed about product updates and campaign information
Follow company and campaign guidelines
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Work with team members to provide consistent customer service
