We are looking for a reliable and skilled Sushi Maker to join our team in 2 locations based in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience in sushi preparation and food handling, with a solid focus on quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, roll, slice, and assemble sushi and other menu items.
Follow recipes and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist with general kitchen duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous sushi-making or restaurant experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling.
