Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food preparation stations
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary options, and provide friendly service
Follow food safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and proper food handling practices




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills to create positive guest experiences
Robust time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
