Duties
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform account reconciliations for bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to verify accuracy
Maintain organized financial records using accounting software
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations
Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for management review




Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end closing procedures and audit preparations

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform account analysis and identify discrepancies
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
