In this casual role, you will perform essential maintenance, report issues, and manage snow and ice removal effectively while collaborating with the Residential Portfolio Manager. This position runs from October 2026 to April 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs via Site Foto’s application
• Report maintenance issues to the Portfolio Manager
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Minimum one year of general labor experience
• Technologically savvy for reporting tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Organized, able to work independently
