Location: Various locations across British Columbia

TheResearch Analyst/Evaluator conducts research and evaluations to assess theeffectiveness of the organization’s programs and initiatives. This roleinvolves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendationsfor improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implementresearch and evaluation plans.





Collect quantitative andqualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

Analyze data and identifytrends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports andpresentations for internal and external audiences.

Monitor and assess programperformance against objectives.

Stay updated on bestpractices in research and evaluation.

Collaborate with program staff to ensurealignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in socialsciences, statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in research or program evaluation.

Robust analytical andstatistical skills.

Proficiency in researchtools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or Tableau).

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
