Take charge of warehouse operations as an Evening Operations Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager. Supervise receiving, order picking, and team performance from Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 3:00am.

In this role, you will handle various warehouse tasks, ensuring that processes align with best practices. You'll communicate effectively with your team to ensure material movement and provide training and support to new hires. You'll also monitor productivity and quality goals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tasks like receiving, order picking, and staging
• Train team members on protected and efficient practices
• Lead daily shift briefings, addressing team concerns
• Suggest improvements and implement initiatives
• Assist operations manager in monitoring productivity

Requirements:
• 3 years of transportation experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent education
• Willingness to engage in training initiatives
