This permanent position demands collaboration with the Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President for optimizing clinical performance and quality in Mental Health and Addictions services. The Corporate Chief will partner closely with Site Chiefs and Administrative Directors to ensure an integrated, patient-centered care model. Your role as a physician leader will significantly influence strategic initiatives, operational execution, and the cultural alignment of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic oversight for Mental Health and Addictions services
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across all Osler sites
