Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in office surveys with a diverse team

Requirements:
• Experience as a Patient Partner in Canada outside Ontario
• Background in Acute Care, Health Systems, or Long-Term Care
• Recent experience using health/social services
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with Accreditation Canada processes
