With a focus on automation and platform reliability, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Your expertise will steer initiatives in operational improvement, customer satisfaction, and advanced technological implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic development of Cloud and Managed Services team
• Implement IT program management frameworks for successful project delivery
• Establish client relationships to understand business needs




• Oversee deployment and infrastructure automation roadmap
• Guide Deployment Automation Engineering team in technology enhancements

Requirements:
• 7+ years in senior cloud operations leadership
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and cloud technologies
• Solid background in managing cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Proven ability to scale cloud operations with customer focus
