Wesbell is seeking an Safety Administrator to support our Health and Safety department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include
This person is responsible in assisting with organizing the administrative duties in the office and support the operations team
This person would help with any owned power equipment and trailers as well as brokers under our insurance in letting them know when the PM’s and Annuals are due
Logging any maintenance in an excel spreadsheet and track all equipment
This person would help with GEO tab and monitoring violations
Answer emails regarding the Safety & Security of the company
Help coordinate recent driver hires and ensuring we have all the proper documentation
Education (Theoretical Training)
Minimum High School Diploma
PC literate with proficiencies in MS Office, especially Exce
Job Requirements & Experience
Prior transportation and logistics experience preferred
Ability to work well in a quick-paced environment, with strict time constraints
Ability to multitask to meet priorities and commitments
Must be organized self starter who takes initiative
Must be a problem solver
Consistent work habits and fine attention to detail
