Duties
Perform oil and filter changes efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
Conduct fluid top-offs, including coolant, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid
Rotate tires and inspect for wear, ensuring proper alignment and safety
Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues early
Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately
Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of used fluids and parts




Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions confidently

Skills
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly desirable
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
Experience working with automotive maintenance procedures and basic repairs
Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
Ability to lift heavy objects safely during routine tasks
Familiarity with sales techniques to recommend additional services when appropriate
Positive communication skills and attention to detail for accurate work documentation
