Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks, such as restraining animals during examinations or treatments
Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Process payments for services rendered and provide clients with invoices or receipts
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and medical treatments
Provide general information to clients regarding pet care, vaccinations, and preventive treatments
Preference will be considered to the candidate having knowledge about blood collection and anal gland expression

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing client records
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures
Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
