The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Grade XII required with secretarial skills. Medical Terminology required. Two (2) to three (3) years previous reception/secretarial experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post secondary training in Secretarial Arts Course preferred. Ability to work in an extremely high paced workplace with constant interruption required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Minimum typing speed 40 words per minute. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with the public. Possesses robust and effective communication skills.
