Formwork company located in Abbotsford BC , we are seeking an experienced Formworker with robust Foreman capabilities to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in formwork installation and removal, along with the ability to supervise and lead a crew on-site. Red Seal Carpenter or equivalent certification is an asset. Must be able to communicate in English. Candidates must have at least 3yrs experience and references available upon request.

Wages are offered up to $42/hr depending on experience.

We do allow apprenticeship too.

Advantages and RRSP contributions are available after probation period.

Main Duties:

· Read and interpret layouts, orders, instructions, or designs

· Build and erect Formwork systems





· Supervise and mentor apprentices

· Must have Fall Arrest Training

· Free form walls;

· Build columns;

· Fly form tables

· Able to carry at least 50lb

. Ability to manage and motivate a crew.

. Knowledge of construction safety standards.

·Carry out other duties as assigned

·Provide support with fabrication during projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
