We are looking for a District Retail Manager to join a Montreal retailer!

Responsibilities
Regularly visit stores and support management teams;
Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans;
Motivate, coach, and develop teams to build a robust performance-driven culture;
Ensure a consistent customer experience and visual presentation across all stores;
Partner with Marketing and Visual teams to maximize in-store impact;
Ensure company procedures, standards, and operational objectives are followed;
Support recruitment and talent development.

Qualifications
5+ years of retail management experience;
Multi-store management experience is an asset;
Natural leader with robust business acumen and analytical skills;
Excellent communication and coaching abilities;
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Willingness to travel regularly between stores.
