We are seeking a dedicated Raymond Reach Forklift Driver (no experience needed) to join our clients dynamic team. The Raymond Reach Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a Raymond reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations while maintaining a protected and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Raymond reach truck safely and efficiently.
Put away, replenish, and retrieve products from racking systems.
Load and unload trailers as required.
Pick orders accurately according to customer specifications.
Move materials throughout the warehouse to support operations.
Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any defects.
Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation procedures.
Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits when required.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
No experience needed (Entry Level)
Valid Raymond Reach Truck certification
Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as needed.
Comfortable working at elevated heights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
