Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-operative care, and treatment options.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the office.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure effective operations and high-quality patient care.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance verification when necessary.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is Must.
Familiarity with dental software Tracker is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is an advantage.
Experience in Implant Surgeries, Bone Grafts and Gum Grafts Required.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.
