Laser Weld Creation Inc is looking for a careful, reliable person to join our team in General Assembly. No previous experience is required the full training provided.

This is a clean, hands-on position working with small and delicate components. The work requires patience, a steady hand, good attention to detail, and a responsible approach.

What You'll Do
Assemble small and delicate components
Use tweezers and hand tools
Check your work for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions and procedures
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Learn to use specialized equipment — full training provided

We're Looking for Someone Who Is
Patient and detail-oriented
Careful and responsible
Comfortable working with small parts
Good with their hands and has good hand-eye coordination




Reliable and consistent and following instructions

Experience with jewelry, crafts, electronics, assembly, dental, laboratory work, sewing, or other detailed hands-on work is an asset
