We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Scrubber Operator to join our commercial and industrial cleaning team. Responsibilities
Operate industrial-grade floor scrubbers and cleaning machinery efficiently across multiple commercial or industrial sites
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure floors are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of debris
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during operations
Ensure all work areas meet cleanliness standards, contributing to a safe and professional environment
Requirements
Must speak and understand English
Must have drivers license and vehicle to get to job location
Prior custodial or cleaning experience, particularly with commercial or industrial facilities, is highly preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper operation of floor scrubbers and related equipment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety regulations related to custodial work is advantageous
