About the role
We're looking for a reliable, motivated Shift Runner to help keep our store running smoothly. You'll lead the team during your shift, keep orders moving, and make sure every customer gets great food and service. It's a great opportunity if you want to build leadership experience in a quick-paced workplace, with room to grow.
Responsibilities
Lead and support team members during shifts
Oversee order flow and make sure orders are made and delivered on time
Take phone and in-store orders and handle customer questions or concerns
Prepare food following Domino's quality and food safety standards
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
Open or close the store, and handle cash and daily tasks as needed
Step in wherever the team needs help
Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
