Duties:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
Prepare and serve specialty drinks or cocktails, if applicable
Assist with food preparation and plating, as needed
Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
smart serve certificate
Previous experience as a server
Solid cash handling skills and ability to operate a POS system
Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong time management skills to ensure productive service
