YOUR MISSIONS

I am looking for a CPA accountant for a growing real estate company in Laval:

Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
Performing the full accounting cycle for a real estate asset portfolio
Participating in monthly and annual financial closings
Preparing financial statements and various management reports
Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct variance analyses and present recommendations to management
Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable




Participate in annual reconciliations and various billing processes
Collaborate on external audits and internal controls
Participate in the integration of recent properties and the improvement of financial processes
Other related tasks

YOUR PROFILE

What We're Looking For:
CPA designation
3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in the real estate industry
Excellent proficiency in Excel

What We Offer:
