Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has immediate direct hire opportunities Welder/Fitters in the Windsor/Essex area. MUST be able to read blueprints, have a valid drivers license and your own transportation. Custom fabrication experience required, NOT production welding.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years recent Welder/Fitter experience preferred
Current CWB Certification a definite asset
Robust blueprint reading skills
Layout, fit and weld fabricated components to assembled structural steel pieces
Custom welder fitter experience required, not production welding
Repair parts if needed by reshaping, straightening or dismantling pieces
Forklift and Crane Certification an asset
Own basic set of tools; welding helmet, gloves, safety shoes and glasses
MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation
HOURLY RANGE:
Pays $28/hr DOE
