Duties
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
Follow recipes and food preparation guidelines to deliver flavorful dishes efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction




Support the overall operation of the kitchen by adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a positive team workplace

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service
Familiarity with meal preparation processes and kitchen equipment operation
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
A proactive attitude towards learning recent skills and improving culinary techniques
