Job Posting: Operations Dispatcher – Industrial Cleaning Company

.Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates and quotes based on client requests and job scope
Conduct current employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and site introductions
Manage the consumables, PPE, and uniform program — ordering, tracking inventory, and distribution
Administer third-party health and safety software and ensure compliance requirements are met
Interview and help screen labourer candidates
Maintain accurate training and certification records for all employees
Attend client meetings as needed to support account relationships and project planning
Assist with waste manifest documentation and coordination with disposal/treatment facilities
Support compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements (e.g., health & safety authorities, WHMIS/GHS, confined space and working-at-heights certifications)
Process employee timesheets and support payroll submission
Maintain employee files and support general HR administration (advantages, vacation tracking, policy documents)
Answer phones, greet visitors,



and manage general office administration and filing
Order office and shop supplies and maintain vendor relationships
Other related duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in an office management, administrative, or coordinator role (industrial services, construction, or trades industry experience an asset)
Familiarity with health & safety compliance and certification tracking preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office/scheduling software; experience with health & safety or dispatch software an asset
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and field staff
Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
