Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TEMPORARY Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position is for Newly graduate student who are willing to learn and passionate about this job.

Contract start date: November 1st, 2026 - May 31st, 2027 ( potential extension for the right candidate )

Duties
Greet patients warmly, verify appointment details, and check in/out efficiently at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and update patient information in electronic medical records system.
Assist with maintaining accurate documentation using electronic medical records and office management software
Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, scanning, and processing paperwork with attention to detail
Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts,



updating medical histories, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete

Experience
Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Solid knowledge of medical terminology to accurately assist with patient communication and documentation
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and general administrative procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced setting
Previous experience handling confidential information in compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

Completion of Medical Office Assistant Program

First Aide Certificate
