Location: Markham, ON
Equipment: All required outdoor tools and equipment will be provided by the client
Reporting: The worker must report directly to Mr. Raafat Sarhan upon arrival.
Required PPE: CSA-approved safety footwear, work gloves, safety glasses, long pants and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing. Additional PPE may be required depending on the equipment or products being used.
Candidate Requirements
Please source someone with previous landscaping, grounds-maintenance, or residential outdoor cleaning experience. This is not an indoor cleaning assignment.
The worker should be comfortable performing duties such as:
Sweeping and cleaning exterior walkways, driveway, patio and other outdoor areas
Removing weeds from garden beds, walkways and around the property
General yard and garden clean-up
Collecting leaves,
branches and other outdoor debris
Bagging and organizing yard waste for disposal
Tidying garden beds and landscaped areas
Light raking and general grounds maintenance
Keeping exterior areas neat, clean and presentable
Using landscaping and outdoor cleaning tools safely and properly
Completing other reasonable outdoor maintenance tasks requested by the client within the scope of the assignment
Please prioritize candidates who are local to Markham or the surrounding area, have reliable transportation, are physically capable of outdoor work, and have demonstrated experience with landscaping or property maintenance.
