GlassHouse Systems is seeking an experienced specialist to manage IBM Storage Protect, formerly IBM Spectrum Protect. In this hands-on technical position, you will support critical systems and provide tier 2 and tier 3 escalation within Managed Services. Your expertise will ensure robust backup operations and system availability for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer IBM Storage Protect and ensure data backup integrity
• Manage IBM Power Systems installation and orchestration
• Lead disaster recovery testing and restore validations




• Handle customer-facing incidents and maintain SLA records
• Create runbooks and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
• 5+ years with IBM Storage Protect in enterprise settings
• 5+ years administering AIX on IBM Power Systems
• Solid knowledge of SAN storage and filesystem administration
• Skilled in root cause analysis of complex incidents
• Effective communication with clients and team members
